Description
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (Intern) with ~1 year of full-time design experience to support marketing, web, and brand projects. You’ll create on-brand visuals for social, ads, decks, web assets, and print, working closely with content, SEO, and product teams. This role is hands-on with mentorship, rapid feedback loops, and real campaign impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce social creatives, ad banners, landing page assets, emails, presentations, and print materials.
- Translate briefs into quick concepts; iterate based on feedback and performance data.
- Create illustrations, icons, and simple motion/animated snippets for web/social.
- Maintain brand guidelines, component libraries, and reusable templates.
- Prepare production-ready files (sizes, exports, color profiles, bleed/crop) and organize source files.
- Collaborate with content/SEO on infographics and data visuals; ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and uphold QA (typography, spacing, hierarchy, contrast).
Skills Required:
- ~1 year professional design experience (internship/full-time) with a portfolio of recent work.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma for UI assets & handoff.
- Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design for social, web, and basic print; motion basics (After Effects/Lottie/Canva animations) are a plus.
- Understanding of file formats and optimization (web vs. print).
- Strong communication, openness to feedback, and organized file/version management.
- Bonus: Canva for fast templated outputs; basic photography/retouching; awareness of HTML/CSS constraints.
