Blinto LLC is looking for a highly skilled and dependable Mid-Senior WordPress Developer with strong expertise in Elementor Pro to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional WordPress development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage client projects from start to finish.
 

This is a remote role based in Bangladesh, but the selected candidate will work from Blinto’s office during the first month to understand our workflow, project standards, and communication process. After onboarding, the role will be fully remote, with occasional office visits when required.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Build fully responsive, high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.
• Convert Figma, XD, or design files into pixel-perfect WordPress websites.
• Customize WordPress websites based on project and client requirements.
• Set up and customize WooCommerce websites when required.
• Work with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Custom Post Types.
• Handle website maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, and optimization.
• Ensure website speed, performance, responsiveness, and security best practices.
• Attend Zoom/Google Meet calls and communicate professionally with international clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide practical technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and marketing teams to complete projects.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver work within deadlines.
   

Skills Required:
 

• Minimum 3 years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress and Elementor Pro.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce customization and setup.
• Experience with ACF, Custom Post Types, form builders, caching plugins, and performance optimization.
• Good knowledge of WordPress security, plugin management, and best practices.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to confidently join client meetings and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Strong decision-making ability and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-managed, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work without micromanagement.
• Team player with a growth mindset and commitment to quality work.

• Position: WordPress Developer 
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Work Mode: Remote after 1-month office onboarding
• First Month: Full-time from Blinto’s office, [8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (BST)]
• Office Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (BST)
• Salary Range: BDT 25,000 – 35,000/month
• Office Visit: May be required 1–2 times per month after onboarding
• Compensation: Based on experience, communication skills, portfolio quality, and overall fit
