Description

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of full-time experience to turn product requirements into intuitive, beautiful, and accessible experiences. You’ll own end-to-end design—from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and usability testing—collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business goals and user needs into flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes (web & mobile).
  • Produce high-fidelity UI (layouts, components, micro-interactions) aligned with brand and design system.
  • Plan and run user research (interviews, surveys) and usability tests; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Define and maintain design systems (components, tokens, documentation) to ensure consistency and speed.
  • Collaborate with engineers for smooth handoff (Figma specs, redlines) and support during implementation.
  • Apply accessibility and responsive best practices; advocate for inclusive design.
  • Partner with analytics to review product metrics (conversion, drop-offs, task success) and iterate.
  • Contribute to A/B tests, hypothesis framing, and post-test analysis.
  • Manage multiple projects, communicate trade-offs, and meet deadlines.

Skills Required:

  • 2–3 years in UI/UX or Product Design with a portfolio showing shipped work (case studies with problem → process → outcome).
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping). Adobe XD/Sketch a plus.
  • Strong grasp of UX fundamentals: IA, interaction design, heuristics, user research, and testing.
  • Solid visual design: layout, typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy.
  • Understanding of frontend constraints and handoff (CSS/HTML basics, responsive behavior).
  • Experience with design systems and documentation.
  • Familiarity with analytics (GA4, Hotjar/Clarity) and experimentation concepts.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
  • Bonus: Motion/animation (After Effects/Lottie), accessibility auditing, icon/illustration, B2B/SaaS experience.
