What You'll Do: 
 

• Own end-to-end product execution for one or more Shopify apps or core features, from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with internal stakeholders, merchants, support teams, and leadership.
• Conduct workflow analysis and process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for product or operational improvements.
• Translate business needs and user problems into clear product requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (merchant feedback, app reviews, usage metrics, support tickets) to inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to refine backlog items, clarify scope, manage dependencies, and support sprint planning and execution.
• Work with design to validate solutions through wireframes, user flows, and usability feedback, ensuring a strong merchant experience.
• Support go-to-market activities by aligning with marketing, growth, and support teams on feature positioning, documentation, and rollout plans.
• Track post-launch performance and business impact using defined KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and iteration.
• Maintain clear product documentation, process flows, and requirement artifacts to support transparency and team alignment.
• Assist in roadmap planning and product strategy by providing data-backed insights, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical implementation, and user outcomes across all product initiatives.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
 

• 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience working with Shopify apps, Shopify APIs, or eCommerceplatforms (strongly preferred).
• Experience shipping user-facing features in a SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
• A strong learning mindset and curiosity about merchants, eCommerce trends, and Shopify’s ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate ideas, requirements, and tradeoffs in English.
• An ownership mindset with the ability to drive work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Nice to Have:
 

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Figma, or similar product tools.
• Understanding of Shopify App Store guidelines, billing APIs, and merchant lifecycle.
• Exposure to analytics tools such as GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
